A. Main and joint applicant

Required Documents:

NRIC Copy (front and back)

Credit Bureau Singapore Report (go to http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/ to obtain a copy using your SingPass)

For salaried employees,

– latest payslip

– latest 15 months CPF Contribution History

– latest income tax notice of assessment (for loan amount above $10,000)

For commissioned earners,

– latest 6 months commission statement and

– latest 2 years income tax notice of assessment

For self-employed,

– latest 2 years income tax notice of assessment

Copy of Marriage Certificate (if this is a joint application)

Proof of Ownership of the renovating property (e.g. Sales & Purchase Agreement, HDB Sales Order, Property Tax, CPF Property Withdrawal Statement, Title Deed)

Copy of Renovation Quotation
