1. I/We declare that the statements and information given by me/us is true and that I/we have not withheld any material facts. If any of the information becomes inaccurate or misleading or changes in any way, whether before this application is approved or whilst the loan is outstanding, we shall promptly notify TCC Credit Co-operative Ltd (herein after called "TCC Ltd") of such changes.
2. I/We authorise TCC Ltd to obtain any information it may require from any person or relevant source, in order to process this application.
3. I/We also declare that I/We have never been declared a bankrupt either in the Republic of Singapore or in any other country and that I am/we are not aware of any bankruptcy proceedings pending against me/us in Singapore or elsewhere.
4. I/We agree that TCC Ltd has absolute discretion to decline this application, extend such other loan amount (including lower loan amount than the amount applied for in this application) or impose other conditions on me/us as TCC Ltd may reasonable deem fit.
5. I/We shall indemnify TCC Ltd and keep TCC Ltd indemnified at all times against and from all actions, proceedings, claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses which may be brought against TCC Ltd or suffered or incurred by TCC Ltd arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with TCC Ltd accepting instructions from me/us or purportedly from me/us by way of fax or email.
