Scholarship & Bursary Awards 2022

In commemoration of our late Chairman, Dr R. Theyvendran, we have renamed our annual Scholarship and Bursary Awards to TCC Annual Dr. R Theyvendran Scholarship and Bursary Awards, to continue advocating his belief in education. We hope to continue our tradition to encourage and motivate our next generation as they take on their education journey!

Our Scholarship and Bursary Awards is open for applications from 9 December 2021, and we will be conferring these awards during the 2022 TCC Annual General Meeting.

Scholarships & Bursaries

• Primary 3 to 6 students
• Secondary 1 to 5 students

Bursaries

• Junior College Year 1 & 2 students
• Polytechnic Year 1 to 3 students
• ITE Year 1 to 4 students
• University Year 1 to 5 students

How to apply

  • Complete Form

    Complete the form clearly and legibly and include attachments as required.

  • Submission

    Please post the completed form with the required docs to TCC office: 95 Killiney Road Singapore 239537, or walk-in to submit at our office.

All applications must reach the TCC office by 6pm on 31 Jan 2022.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants aged 16 years and above must be a TCC member to qualify.
  • For applicants under the age of 16, at least one parent must be a TCC member.
  • A minimum of one year membership is required for all applications.
  • Ordinary members must have regular monthly contributions to their S1 Subscription account for the past 12 months. Those with irregular monthly contributions will not be eligible unless they have a minimum balance of $1000 in their Subscription account.
  • Family & Associate members must have regular monthly contributions to their S2 Savings account for the past 12 months. Family & Associate members who have irregular monthly contributions will not be eligible
